The current repository does not contain a top-level .template.config/template.json. Treat packaging metadata as absent until the repo adds one.

Local Work

• Inspect .template.config/template.json before changing parameters.
• Update Parameters after changing symbols, choices, defaults, source modifiers, or short names.
• Scaffold into a temporary directory to verify generated output.
