Pipelines

• Build / test — azure-pipelines.yml in the Base Template repo
• Documentation — optional docs pipelines where enabled

Releases

• Installer / template packages follow repository release process
• Downstream templates pin compatible CPM versions when bumping submodule

Health endpoints

When enabled, kernel exposes /health, /alive, /startup patterns — Layer 3 should preserve probe parity.
