Repo status

ConnectSoft.Blazor.Mfe.ECS.SelfServiceTemplate is a concrete dotnet new Blazor self-service microfrontend template.

• Template manifest .template.config/template.json with short name connectsoft-blazor-mfe-ecs-selfservice.
• CLI and IDE host metadata.
• NuGet template packaging via ConnectSoft.Blazor.Mfe.ECS.SelfServiceTemplate.nuspec.
• Template packaging pipeline azure-pipelines-template.yml.
• User-scoped config pages, edit, and read-only versions.
• 5 domain test files.
• ConnectSoft extension package alignment for options, metrics, localization, logging, observability, telemetry, web security, rate limiting, request timeout, and testing.

Remaining gaps

• No docs/, no samples/, no global.json, no .runsettings.
• Add richer scaffold verification tests beyond template smoke instantiation.
